Pastor Dave is an accountant by profession and a minister by vocation. He completed his undergraduate studies at the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico, where he earned a cum laude degree with a major in accounting and studies in Economics and Business Administration. His theological training comes from the master's program at Hartford Seminary (now known as Hartford International University for Religion and Peace).
He married his wife Magda in 1977 and together they have a daughter, Denise, and a son, David (both involved in ministry) and are grandparents to six wonderful and beautiful grandchildren.
Magda completed her Bachelor's degree in Human Services at Springfield College.
Following God's call, Pastor Dave closed his accounting business and Magda left her career as a social worker to dedicate themselves to plant and lead Grace Fellowship Church.
